Booking and Payment Policy

To confirm the booking and block the dates, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due at check-in, along with a 20,000 THB security deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay 🙏

House Rules

  • No smoking indoors
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or group noise in the house
  • Quiet hours after 21:00
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per bedroom

Security Deposit

  • Security Deposit: THB 20,000 – 50,000 (damage deposit)

Additional Charges

  • Additional Charges (early check-in, late check-out, extra cleaning, etc.) – handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Beautiful villa with breathtaking views!
    The villa is large and very clean (except for the pillows of the sofa and the seat cushions).
    In the evening, the monkeys will visit you carefully – they loot the waste from outside! 🙂

    If you have any questions / concerns, Anong was always very quick to respond.
