Booking and Payment Policy

To confirm the booking and block the dates, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due at check-in, along with a 20,000 THB security deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay 🙏

House Rules

  • No smoking indoors
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or group noise in the house
  • Quiet hours after 21:00
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per bedroom

Security Deposit

  • Security Deposit: THB 20,000 – 50,000 (damage deposit)

Additional Charges

  • Additional Charges (early check-in, late check-out, extra cleaning, etc.) – handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Great stay in the villa!
    Relatively steep path to the villa, but it is rewarded with a great view in the middle of the sea. The service from management was great and always very quick and helpful. If you are mobile with a scooter, the villa is beautiful!

    The stay was wonderful overall — clean, comfortable, beautiful villa and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive throughout.
